Support is provided from all licensed versions of Simple App Connect PRO. Contact support via email and or our ticket system 24/7. Support is only valid for users with a valid license.
Updates are provided through our delivery system automatically (just like a normal WordPress plugin). Simple App Connect PRO will use our license and delivery system to push updates when they are available or a user triggers a manual check or update. A license MUST be set and active for updates to work.
